Tomasz has more than 20 years of experience in IT, of which 14 in Netsprint. He worked his way up the ranks, from programmer, to team leader, department manager, all the way to CTO. This enables him to see and understand client’s IT challenges from various perspectives.

Since 2007, Krzysztof has been at the very centre of marketing industry in Poland. He gained his experiences in companies such as IMS, where he managed sales of behavioural campaigns.
He also managed sales and campaigns in across TV channels owned by TVN, a leading TV group in Poland. In 2013 he joined LeadR campaign execution team.

Paweł got his PhD at age 23. He believes that business is all about development and optimization. Always curious, seeking knowledge, up to date with latest trends in marketing and search engine optimization. There is no challenges for him. Only goals.
Over the last 5 years, he has been focused on programmatic sector and WayToGrow, a company which optimizes advertising revenue for media publishers. The company has joined Netsprint Group in 2018.
Dominik has 15 years experience in online advertising. He started his career in Interia.pl. For some time he held CEO position in NK.pl social network.
For 15 years Rafał has been working at the intersection of data, technology, data analysis and client business. For a decade, he was responsible for business and data competence development in a major media group.
Recently, filing the role of Chief Data Officer, he managed the largest Data Management Platform and data provider for programmatic ecosystem in Poland.
